Ain't it about time?

I has counted da numbah of Members, and currently we r at 20. Are able to have ranks now? No squads... Ranks.

I honestly never saw any points of ranks, squad, and etc. They really don't do much anyways, and if we have ranks, most likely many people won't wear them. So yea, all in all, I believe ranks are pointless.

Cody if you want you can put on SWGCom.Just to shut you up.

Ranks are pointless unless you want rank. It used to motivate me to do a lot for MotR (play a lot, post a lot, play in tournaments, etc.)
Squads just used to be fun I think for things like competitiveness as in inner-clan matches ( squad matches ) also it kept the ranks organized. But I still think now is not the proper time

It caused problems for me back in the day. I'm against it.

Squads maybe, but ranks is retarded. If you think about it, ranks pose a problem. People become unhappy with their place and they bitch. If you want to do squads i'd place them in a category for scrims and that stuff. Like Alp could be floaters, Gam defense, theta for attack. Something along those lines or whatnot.

Honestly. I don't think we need ranks. Squads "sure"!

i never really was a fan of ranks, since its pointless shit. but squads could be fun if we just groups of people that liked to play together or something.... not even as part of our tag if we didnt want, but just for some kind of inner-clan tournament or something for fun. if it was just for the tourney, we could also mess around with them if we decided to do more than 1, just for fun, and to have other people play with other people.

well squads wouldnt be bad but ranks we dont need. maybe we can have the council as squad coms and the members goes as squad #'s. gamcom gam1 gam2
alpcom alp1 alp2 ect..

well if there are no ranks, there is no need for a commander.
